In Orlando, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Florida, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Many nurseries close or shorten hours in winter, so check the listing for current hours and Google rating before you go.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 10 am–4 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (407) 576-1208. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, palmstreet.app.
Customers rate it 4.9 out of 5 on Google across 227 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded plant nurseries in Orlando.
Orlando is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Orlando follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great place with lots of unique hard to find plants. It’s unusual to find a store with such verity. When we first came in we were greeted by a huge amount of lovely displayed plants and a person who came out saying hello. They had a huge selection of with a wide range of prices. From 2” pots that were $6, to large ones going up to $$$ and everything in between. With very fair prices, which was much appreciated. My sister who is a big Hoya collector even found some she didn’t have, which is saying a lot. The staff were so lovely and nice. Can’t say enough about how welcoming everyone was. They were also super great with my 10 yo who chatted with everyone. Very knowledgeable about all the plants and answered any questions we had. They even helped identify a plant we had at home. We ended up purchasing a mix of plants a Anthurium, Hoya, cactus but they had monstera, air plants, lots of variegated plants too. They said they restock all the time and ship plants. We will be back next time we are in the area.

Every single order I’ve placed with The Nursery Project USA has been nothing short of amazing! 🌿✨ Each plant I receive arrives healthy, beautiful, and exactly as described—sometimes even better in person. The care and attention they put into packaging and growing truly shows, and it makes every purchase feel special. I can always count on them for quality plants that thrive once they’re in my care, and it’s clear they’re passionate about what they do. I’ve never been disappointed, and I always find myself excited to see what treasures they’ll offer next. Anyone can sell plants, but it takes a special group to make the experience so amazing that you can’t help but continue to come back again and again. Vic, Jose, Kiki and the rest of the team are the absolute best. They understand their customers, they have phenomenal prices and the healthiest plants around. It doesn’t hurt that they’re also some of the most entertaining guys around. You’ll have a lot of options on where you can get your plants, but if you want great plants with an even greater experience, do yourself a favor and shop with The Nursery Project. 💚💚💚

I have purchased dozens of plants from The Nursery Project USA on the Palmstreet app during their lives. Their packaging is superb 👌🏾 I cannot believe all those plants fit in such a small box, but they do such an amazing job that every plant shows up undamaged. Jose & Vic have amazing personalities that make you want to keep coming back! There’s never a boring moment in their lives. Their love & passion for plants really shows, so you know you’re getting top quality plant babies. 🥰 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
